$2 Billion in Premium Subscriptions: LinkedIn Annual Report

During the announcement of quarterly results, Microsoft reported a 9% increase in LinkedIn revenue compared to 2023. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella noted that revenue from premium subscriptions over the past year exceeded $2 billion.

In March 2024, LinkedIn reported that revenue from premium subscriptions over the previous 12 months amounted to $1.7 billion, which was approximately 12.5% ​​of the company’s total revenue of $16.2 billion. For comparison, in 2023 the platform received about $14.5 billion, and in 2022 – $13.8 billion, which indicates a stable growth momentum.

Microsoft is actively investing in the development of artificial intelligence, which brings the company increasing profits. According to Satya Nadella, annual revenue from AI solutions has grown by 175%, reaching $13 billion. At the same time, LinkedIn continues to expand the capabilities of premium subscriptions, integrating artificial intelligence – currently 40% of premium users are already actively using AI tools.
